These statistics describe 56,000 free HTML5 browser games: what kinds of games exist, how they are built and how they are controlled. They come from Gameziko's own catalog, built on 7 October 2026 from three game distribution networks, and every figure on this page is recalculated whenever the catalog is updated.

- Duplicates are detected by title, after removing punctuation and letter case; the first copy found is kept.
- Categories are mapped automatically from each network's genre, title and tags into 19 shared categories, as explained in how we choose and rank games.
- Controls are counted by keywords in the developer's written instructions, so games that only explain their controls inside the game are not counted.
- These figures describe the games available on three distribution networks, not every browser game ever made, and not how often each game is played.
